My dad purchased a JD tractor a few years ago and it was fine. One week ago I bought a Bobcat T770 high-flow from these guys — well, delivery was pretty fast and it's cool. Thanks.
Could not reach these guys for a couple of days, was getting a voicemail all the time, but finally we talked on the phone. Smart guys, know what they are doing. Finally got a nice JCB telehandler from them. There was a little scratch on the body but I will survive.
Dave the shop manager knows his business and is a straight shooter.
It seems that a lot of heavy equipment companies have gone national and the customer service left with them, but not here. These guys greet you friendly when you walk in the door and the guys out in the yard are helpful and accommodating.
I'm dealing with these folks for several years. Buying and selling, moving heavy equipment back and forth. I do construction business and it's easier for me to buy an excavator from them and sell it back when my project is done. Nice doing business with them.
